Being in the telecom industry for over 20 years now, I have worked with several software options, including having to use several software types at once just to keep up. I was introduced to PenguinData about 10 years ago and it changed my life! And the life of our employees! Our employees and contractors benefit from being able to access real time data, to include job/project completion, pay and quality control reporting. They have the tool, literally in their hands, every day to view this information and have the confidence that their pay is accurate and timely.
We use PenguinData for all tracking of assets and vehicles. Our management team is able to enter and see real time, up to date reporting for our fleet, including all maintenance records. In addition, all inspections of our fleet including pictures allows us to see this real time, companywide. Our assets are also tracked in PenguinData, we are able to report current status and all previous records of all assets.
There are so many convenient features, the list goes on and on. The reporting aspect alone, is a tremendous need for our operations to keep things functioning properly. Along with automated email reports and alerts/reminders to assist our leaders in organization.
