His ability to scale the business from a regional operation into a nationally recognized service provider showcased his strategic acumen, operational discipline, and deep understanding of the broadband and telecommunications industries. This remarkable achievement was preceded by a leadership role at Great Lakes Cable and decades of hands-on experience that began at just 14 years old, when he climbed his first utility pole in Milwaukee, WI. From field technician to executive, Mr. Enter’s career has been defined by a relentless work ethic, unmatched industry insight, and an unwavering commitment to excellence—traits that laid the foundation for PenguinData’s success and continue to shape its vision for the future.
Mr. Enters’ journey reflects a deep passion for the broadband and telecom industry, as well as a talent for building teams and companies with lasting impact. He has been an active member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers and the NRCA Power Cooperative Association and was honored with an industry innovation nomination in 2014.
Beyond the boardroom, Mr. Enters is a dedicated philanthropist, supporting food shelters, families in need, and the Salvation Army. A devoted family man and proud grandfather, he finds joy in golf, fishing, and playing billiards—both recreationally and competitively.
